An Initiative calling woman back to work.
Women fall of the work force due to motherhood or because they take a break for other reasons.
A long gap leaves them with very little confidence to get back to work. For some women, they also find it difficult to juggle young children and do justice to their career.
The Initiative #SheIsBack called women back to work with us at Nine Yards, where we gave them flexi hours or projects which they could manage at their time, thereby helping them stay connect with their work life.
